Swapped 2/1

This chapter only applies to unpassed-hand responses!

Twisted 2/1 inspired me to swap suits of 2/1 responses. I swap 2 rather than rotate 2 for mundane reasons:

  • Partially natural 2 suffers fewer lead-directing doubles.
  • Bidding 2 with both minor suits feels better.

Especially, the 2 response helps us make more 4 and 2 contracts than natural methods.
